Tool Making

Our in house toolmaking facility serves our own in house moulding facility and as such gives our skilled engineers a greater understanding of the moulding process and its demands on the mould tool.
We have a equipped tool toolroom including CNC lathes & machining centres, milling, grinding and spark erosion (EDM) i.e. the whole spectrum of equipment required for this field, all operated by time served, experienced engineers.
As our customer you can rest assured that the investment you’ve made in an injection mould tool will be maintained to the highest standards.

Tool Making moulding & working with REGINA

  • Mould tooling is manufactured to suit the application i.e. samples only / limited run / high volume. Each application has an effect on the demand placed on the mould tool and ultimately the cost.
  • As moulders ourselves, we fully understand, through decades of experience, the needs of the mouldshop environment and how tool design can have a major impact on quality and production efficiency.
  • Only the highest quality tooling materials are used applicable to the constraints of the application.
  • Tool costs can be covered in a variety of ways: wholly owned by the customer. Partial ownership between Regina and the customer. Tooling costs can be amortised. All options are available subject to status and agreement.
