Our Owners
There is a very rich history in Regina Industries, Fiona and Nicola are very much a large part of this! Daughters of the founder of Regina Industries they both care deeply about the companies direction and are actively involved in strategic decision making.
In their spare time, Nicola enjoys playing table tennis, and Fiona spends her time looking after her two dogs!
Mike Beardmore
Managing Director
Mike started life at Regina in 1978 as a Draughtsman designing tools having completed a City & Guilds Diploma in Mechanical and Production Engineering.
The company moved to their existing site in Newcastle-Under-Lyme in 1989 where Mike was promoted to his current role of General Manager/Director. His role as Director has encompassed the wearing of many hats, from tool design, purchasing, QA, technical and quotations.
In his spare time Mike enjoys repairing and restoring cars, photography, gardening and the great outdoors.
Lee Bolton
Machine Shop Manager
Lee is another time-served employee, having joined Regina Industries in 1994! As one of the most skilled engineers in the company, his skills were quickly realised, and he became the Tool Room Manager in 1997, a role which he still holds today.
Lee’s knowledge and experience in tool making has been an asset for Regina’s customers as they have helped in prototype projects requiring specialised tool manufacture.
More recently, Regina Industries has entered the Precision Machining market where Lee has been a huge asset to the company, under his leadership, we have purchased multiple CNC Machines in the Milling and Lathe space.
An avid Manchester United supporter, Lee also enjoys cycling, long walks with the dogs and outdoor activities.
Ryan Coram
Business Improvement Manager
Joining Regina Industries in 2023, Ryan joins us with 8 years of experience working at AstraZeneca, during which he completed a Digital Technology Solutions Degree.
Ryan will work closely with Regina and their sister company Grenville Engineering on improvement projects/programmes that align with our business strategy and foster growth for both companies. With his strong focus on technology and the valuable knowledge gained from his previous role, he will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy at Regina Industries.
Outside of work, Ryan has a variety of interests. He enjoys reading, gaming, and watching TV shows and films – considering himself a true film fanatic.
Claudia Beardmore
Sales & Production Supervisor
Claudia has been with Regina for over 7 years, initially joining us in the packing department, Claudia has had a very rounded experience in her time at Regina, ensuring she has built up her knowledge of the overall business.
2 years ago, Claudia moved from the shop-floor to the office, where she began to look into managing some of our key accounts at Regina, whilst also looking after some aspects of HR and Payroll. Fast-forward to today, and Claudia is our Sales & Productions Supervisor, working hand-in-hand with our Production Manager, Despatch Manager and Quality Manager.
Paul Sherratt
Production Manager
Paul has been at Regina Industries for 20+ years, joining us from a Plastic Injection Moulding competitor not too far from Staffordshire. Initially, Paul joined us as a Setter, ensuring all our machines were programmed correctly and setup for the day/night of production.
5 years ago, Paul naturally moved into the role of Production Manager, where he ensures we are keeping up with our customer demands in the Plastic Injection Moulding department of Regina Industries.
Steve McCartney
Technical Process Manager
Steve joined Regina Industries in 1991 after 11 years in the HM Forces as a Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineer.
At Regina, Steve is the Technical Processes and Controls Manager. He looks after all maintenance, whether that be fault finding, repairing from both a electrical or mechanical perspective, hydraulic or pneumatic on the multitude of ancillary equipment, which also includes Production and Plant Machinery. Steve ensures everything keeps running at Regina and is a vital member of the team!
In his spare time, Steve keeps a menagerie of animals, including Dogs, Cats, Budgies and Chickens!
Sarah Leighton
Quality Inspection Supervisor
Sarah is another time-served employee at Regina Industries, having been at the company since she was 17 years old! Sarah is meticulous when it comes to product inspection, ensuring non-compliant product is quarantined and that most importantly, any product that leaves the factory floor is suitable for customer delivery.
Sarah is a key part to our overall process at Regina Industries, as part of her responsibilities, she is also the supervisor for our packing area, ensuring we meet our important day-to-day targets.
Chloe Cooper
Senior Teklab Scientist
Joining us from Keele University as a Laboratory Technician, Chloe has the perfect experience to join us in our new venture after acquiring Teklab Ltd in September 2023.
Chloe has a Degree in Biomedical Science and is currently pursuing a Masters in Clinical Microbiology. Chloe is the brains behind our Blood Collection tube process, ensuring that technically, our chemicals are tested, mixed correctly and safely to ensure our customers receive a high quality product!
Mihaela Neubauer
Teklab Production Supervisor
Right before our acquisition of Teklab Ltd, Mihaela joined us through an Agency and very quickly became an essential part of the Teklab team. Mihaela has a strong background in the medical/pharmaceutical production space having joined us after a role at DWK Life Sciences.
Day-to-day, Mihaela ensures our orders are fulfilled on-time, in-full and to our customers satisfaction. She works tirelessly in the Lab and always ensures the product that leaves the Lab is in top shape!
To wind down, Mihaela likes to spend time with her dog going on many walks.
Phil Marks
Despatch Manager
Phil joined Regina in 1990 becoming the Despatch Manager in 1992.
Phil is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our finished goods warehouse.
He is the custodian of all finished goods , ensuring safe storage of items until they complete their onward journey to our customers.
Outside of Regina Phil enjoys a variety of interests including clay pigeon shooting, carpentry , woodcraft, recently started to learn lockpicking (for a challenge) and growing his own fruit & veg on his allotment.
