We refine designs using advanced CAD, selecting the optimal polymer and adjusting geometry to ensure manufacturability and durability.

Once the design is finalised, our in-house toolmaking facility creates the mould and produces prototype runs. These allow you to test and validate parts before production. We inspect dimensions, finishes, and functionality to ensure the moulding will meet your specification when scaled up.

With tooling approved and processes set, production begins. Our high-performance moulding machines and skilled operators ensure every part is produced with consistency and precision. Products undergo dimensional checks, SPC traceability, and strict quality protocols — all to ensure accuracy at the micron level and reliability in every batch
